Yury Furman, M.D.

Dr. Yury Furman is Medical Director of the Los Angeles Sleep Center.  Dr. Furman is a neurologist and board-certified as a sleep specialist from the American Board of Sleep Medicine. Dr. Furman's clinical interests and expertise are: narcolepsy, sleep apnea, parasomnias, Restless Leg Syndrome and pediatric sleep disorders. Yury Furman has been actively involved in the sleep field since the early 1990's.
Dr. Furman is also an Assistant Clinical Professor, Department of Medicine,  UCLA School of Medicine.

 


Recently, Dr. Furman was selected by the American Sleep Disorders Association to serve on the Health Policy Committee on Health and Economics.

 

Dr. Yury Furman has presented numerous lectures at universities and medical societies.  Yury Furman has also been a Principal Investigator in more than 75 clinical trials related to the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders.
